Therefore, the Sate cannot be independent of the ever-increasing development of Internet technology, which is an era-making phenomenon and has affected the social system at all levels. If in a general classification, the functions of the State can be separated into four political, executive, economic and security sections, All these have been affected by the expansion of virtual space. The main question of this article is how the political, executive, economic and security functions of the modern state have changed as a result of the expansion of cyberspace. Critical theory of technology has been used to answer this question. In this framework, it has been explained that the virtual space has changed the functions of the modern state in different layers and these developments are related to the principles and requirements of late capitalism in its neoliberal form.</p> <p>چكيده براساس نظریه&zwnj;ی انتقادی فناوری، نظام سیاسی با پیشرفت&zwnj;های علمی-فناوارانه و تحوّلات اجتماعی ناشی از آن&zwnj;ها ربط وثیقی دارد. براین اساس، دولت&zwnj; نمی&zwnj;توانند فارغ از توسعه&zwnj;ی فناوری اینترنت باشد که یک پدیده&zwnj;ی دوران&zwnj;ساز بوده و بر نظام اجتماعی در همه&zwnj;ی سطوح آن تأثیر گذارده است. اگر در یک تقسیم&zwnj; بندی کلّی بتوان کارکردهای دولت را در چهار لایه&zwnj;ی «سیاسی»، «اجرایی»، «اقتصادی» و «امنیتی» از هم تفکیک نمود، تمام این لایه&zwnj;ها از گسترش فضای مجازی متأثر شده&zwnj;اند. پرسش اصلی مقاله&zwnj;ی حاضر این است که کارکردهای دولت در نتیجه&zwnj;ی گسترش فضای مجازی چه تغییری کرده&zwnj;اند. برای پاسخ به این پرسش از نظریه&zwnj;ی انتقادی در جامعه&zwnj;شناسی فناوری&zwnj;&zwnj; استفاده شده است. در این چارچوب نظری، توضیح داده شده است که فضای مجازی باعث تغییر کارکردهای دولت مدرن در لایه&zwnj;های مختلف شده و این تحولات با اقتضائات سرمایه&zwnj;داری نئولیبرالی ارتباط دارند.</p>
